Before using Woohelpdesk’s WordPress services and WordPress SEO Services, you are required to read, understand, and agree to these terms. You may only create an account after reading and accepting these terms.
THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE WOOHELPDESK SERVICES. BY USING THE WOOHELPDESK SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The Site (woohelpdesk.com and related pages) is owned and operated by Woohelpdesk. By accessing the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Site.
2. Description of Membership Service
Woohelpdesk provides WordPress and WooCommerce support services, which may include:
- WordPress help and troubleshooting
- WooCommerce support
- WordPress SEO services
- Website design assistance
- Technical and consulting support
Services may change, suspend, or discontinue at any time without notice.
3. Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account, provide accurate details, and choose a secure username/password. You must be 18+ and capable of entering into contracts.
4. Payment
All subscription plans are billed automatically (monthly/annually). Services are non-refundable outside the stated refund policy.
5. Release & Indemnity
By using our Services, you release Woohelpdesk from all claims and agree to indemnify us against damages related to your use or breach of Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Woohelpdesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
All graphics, logos, page designs, and service names are Woohelpdesk’s property and may not be used without consent.
8. Support Requests & Reasonable Use
Support must be requested via info@woohelpdesk.com. Each request has a one-hour limit unless otherwise approved.
9. Third-Party Materials
We may provide links to third-party tools/resources but are not responsible for their accuracy or services.
10. Unlimited & Reasonable Use
“Unlimited” services are subject to reasonable use. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.
11. Termination & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime by email/contact form. Woohelpdesk may terminate accounts for breaches without notice.
12. Refunds
New customers get a 30-day money-back guarantee. No refunds for renewals or requests outside this window.
13. Changes
Woohelpdesk may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Proceedings will take place in Texas.
