Guest Post Agreement for WooHelpDesk
By submitting a guest post to WooHelpDesk, you (the Contributor) agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms ensure both parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities for submission, publication, and potential removal of your guest post.
1. Copyright and Ownership
1.1 Ownership: The Contributor retains copyright and grants WooHelpDesk a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, distribute, and promote the content across our website, social media channels, and email newsletters.
1.2 Exclusivity: Submitted content must be original, not published elsewhere, and may not be republished without prior written consent from WooHelpDesk.
2. Content Submission
2.1 Content Quality: Content must be high quality, well-researched, and free of spelling, grammar, and factual errors, aligning with our Guest Post Guidelines.
2.2 Right to Edit: WooHelpDesk may edit for clarity, grammar, SEO, and formatting. Major changes will be discussed with the Contributor.
2.3 No Affiliate Links: No affiliate or commercial promotional links unless explicitly allowed by WooHelpDesk.
3. Publication and Promotion
3.1 Publication Timing: Submissions are reviewed and may be published at our discretion. We aim to respond within 7–10 business days regarding approval or revisions.
3.2 No Compensation: Guest posts are unpaid contributions.
3.3 Promotion Rights: WooHelpDesk may promote published posts via social media, email newsletters, and other channels.
4. Links and SEO
4.1 Link Policy:
- External links must point to authoritative, reputable sources.
- No affiliate or overly promotional links are permitted.
4.2 SEO Guidelines: Follow SEO best practices and use relevant keywords naturally. Keyword stuffing is prohibited.
5. Content Removal
5.1 Right to Remove: WooHelpDesk may remove a post at any time, including if the content becomes outdated, irrelevant, or misaligned with editorial guidelines.
5.2 Notice of Removal: We will notify you via email if a post is removed. All removal decisions are final.
6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1 Accuracy of Information: The Contributor warrants the accuracy of submitted content. WooHelpDesk is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.
6.2 Indemnity: The Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold WooHelpDesk, its staff, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from breaches, inaccuracies, plagiarism, or defamatory content.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information related to the guest post or this agreement private unless prior written consent is granted.
8. Termination of Agreement
8.1 Breach of Terms: WooHelpDesk may terminate this agreement and remove the post if any terms are breached, including plagiarism or inappropriate content.
8.2 Voluntary Withdrawal: The Contributor may withdraw before publication. After publication, withdrawal is not permitted.
9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By submitting a guest post to WooHelpDesk, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood the Guest Post Guidelines and this Guest Post Agreement and agree to all terms.
