No — support hours reset each month. They are a monthly allowance, not a bank. If you consistently need more hours, we recommend upgrading to the next plan. Unused hours do not carry forward.

For WP support and maintenance we need WordPress Admin access. For SEO we need Google Search Console access (read-only is enough to start). For social media management we need credentials to your scheduling tool. We never store passwords — you can revoke access any time.

Yes — but it applies to your first paid month, not the $1 trial itself. The $1 trial runs for 7 days. If you cancel before Day 7 you owe nothing beyond the $1. If you continue into a paid plan and are not satisfied with the work delivered in your first 30 paid days, we refund that month in full — no questions asked. Our refund rate is under 2%.
